After the establishment of Yazd Industrial Park in 1363, following the allocation of lands to applicants, the management of the industrial park was under the responsibility of Yazd Industrial Parks Company.

In 1375, a board of trustees was formed, consisting of 5 managers from units located in this industrial park, to oversee strategic affairs. On 24th August 1380, the ‘Shahrak San’ati Yazd Construction Company’ was officially registered under number 5195 and began its practical activities in managing the affairs of Yazd Industrial Park, in collaboration and coordination with the Industrial Parks Company of Yazd province, from 1st January 1381.

On 12th July 1391, with the approval of the general assembly, this company changed its name to ‘Shahrak San’ati Yazd Services Company’.
